3️⃣ Eliminate distractions
When its time to work, it's important you focus on the task at hand. Set aside anything that may cause you distractions. This means no scrolling through media or getting distracted by texts. To prevent your distractions from becoming a problem, consider dedicating outside time for them.
4️⃣ Avoid multitasking
Multitasking is scientifically proven to cut efficiency and heightens the risk of error. This only leads to lack of productivity and in the long run causes you to work longer instead of smarter.
