1️⃣ Who do I serve?
To identify your ideal client, you need to ask yourself who your current clients are. Do your ideal clients already find you, or are you receiving inquiries from clients who aren't your ideal clients? In business, it's easy to think that you can serve everyone, but that's not the case. Niche down as much as possible in your business so you can serve your audience as best as you can.
2️⃣ What value do I provide?
The value proposition of your company is referred to in this question. The value proposition of your company is what your clients can achieve as a result of the services you offer. For example, if you are a health coach, what is it that you can do for your clients?
3️⃣ How do I differentiate myself from my competition?
In other words, how do you differentiate yourself from your competitors? What makes you a better choice than your competition? How do you or can you surpass the value provided by your competitors? What makes you unique?
